Before anything comes off, we walk the property with you. We note the plantings along the drip line, the AC condenser and the windows close to the eaves. We also agree on where the trailer can sit without marking your driveway. Tarps and plywood go down where debris will fall. Your gutters get a look before tear-off so they can still carry rain while the roof is open.
Up top, the same attention goes into the parts you will never see. That means sound decking, underlayment laid flat and lapped correctly, and flashing bent and sealed by hand at walls, valleys and vents. A small roof repair gets the same setup as a full roof replacement or a metal roofing job, just on a smaller footprint.

Your yard covered before we start
Beds, shrubs and hardscape near the house are protected before the first shingle is lifted. Ladders are placed on padded feet so they do not scuff exterior walls or crush edging.
A clean site every evening
Each day ends with debris bagged or in the container and a magnetic sweep of the lawn, driveway and walkways. If the job runs more than one day, open areas of the roof are dried in before we leave so your home stays protected overnight.
Plain answers, on paper
We start with a free, no-obligation estimate and photos of what we found. If a repair will hold, we say so. The estimate lists the work line by line, so you know what is included before we begin.
Help with the harder parts
When a storm claim is part of the picture, we coordinate with your adjuster ourselves and go over every photo and note we took with you. For larger projects, financing is available, and we can explain how it works on the call.
