What to Expect on the Call

The person who answers understands roofs and won't read from a script. We'll ask what you've noticed, roughly when the roof was installed and whether your home has seen wind or heavy rain recently. Then we book a free post-storm inspection or a free, no-obligation estimate, depending on what fits.

At the visit we go over the roof and gutters, take photos and explain our findings before discussing any price. If a storm did the damage, we handle the conversation with your insurance adjuster directly, so you don't have to pass messages between us. Financing is available, and we can cover it on that same call. Once work begins, your beds and driveway are protected and the yard is cleared of nails and debris at the close of every day.

Helpful Details to Gather First

  1. The approximate year the roof went on and its material, such as shingle or metal.
  2. Notes or photos of anything you have seen, like ceiling stains, lifted shingles or granules collecting in the gutters.
  3. The date of any recent storm, plus your claim number if you have already filed with your insurer.
  4. A few days and times that work for a visit, and anything we should know about gates, pets or parking.
